To provide an overview of the structure of the Quality Management System, the various levels of documentation and the intended use of each level of documentation.

PURPOSE

The Quality Management System is documented and maintained to meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 & Legal Standards for Quality Assurance in using, Engineering Procurement, Storage, out sourcing processes, Supply, Co-ordination, Customer Complaints, Testing & Inspection and personnel-administration in accordance with the quality policy.

Significant to the implementation of the Quality Management System is training, while internal audit verifies that the documented procedures are implemented and monitored by the management.
